Fasten off and weave in ends.

YELLOW LINE AND TAIL:
Using yarn from the outside of the skein and leaving a 4 inch tail, ch 30.  Cut yarn tail about 2 yards long and pull through to fasten off.  Thread yarn through the tapestry needle and starting on the right hand edge of the road weave over and under the holes in the center.  Snug the chain up to the edge.   When you get to the left end, weave back going over and under the opposite way you did the first time.  When you are back to the chain, slip stitch in each chain.

Fasten off leaving about a 4 inch tail.

TASSEL:
Using yarn from the outside of the skein cut 3 strands of yarn about 6 inches long.  Fold in half and draw loop through the last chain of tail with a crochet hook. Draw the loose ends of the strands through the loop and pull them down tightly to form a knot. Trim ends of tassel evenly.
